500x500 mm 20-Plate Filter Press is designed for solid-liquid separation and filter cake formation in various industrial filtration processes. During filtration, the liquid phase passes through the filter cloths while solid particles are retained between the plates and form a filter cake. The machine frame is manufactured as standard from ST37 steel, while the feed section is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The filtration section is equipped with 500x500 mm PP Chamber filter press plates. This model is configured with 20 plates. The filter plates are compressed by a hydraulic system. Forward and reverse movements of the hydraulic piston are controlled by the operator through the control panel.
