Thus, the drug path becomes smoother and is not affected by the hydraulic oil temperature. The shoe fits properly into the mold, there is no wrinkling, and the mounting width is uniform. There are features developed for different shoe models. There are 3 different pressure settings in the toe pusher system. Easy production can be achieved by selecting the model saved in memory, and size transitions are done automatically. The heel support can be adjusted for both right and left shoes. Different models can be switched without changing the drug system. This also speeds up production. It is suitable for every model, including sports shoes, baby shoes, women's shoes, and pointed toe models. The machine automatically changes the drug path for right and left shoes and provides precise size grading. The heel support can be adjusted up-down, forward-backward, right-left, and tilt. Thus, the shoe sits correctly and balanced in the mold. After the mounting process is completed, the shoe table automatically moves forward and delivers the shoe to the operator.
