Gas and Wood Stone Pide Pizza Oven

Our gas and wood stone pizza pide ovens have a heating system from below and inside. Thanks to the thermostats, the cooking stone temperature and the oven interior temperature can be controlled separately up to 400 degrees.

Thermostats provide significant savings in gas consumption by turning the burners on and off. Generally, pide pizza masters turn off the cooking stone burner after the oven has entered the regime. In other words, in an oven with two burners, only one burner is needed to operate. The single operating burner consumes 40% less gas thanks to the thermostat.

Due to their high insulation, there is no heat loss from the bottom, top, and sides of the oven.

All FIRINMAK products use a safety valve. In case of any flame extinguishing, the smart system activates and cuts off the gas to the burner. The alarm system activates with flashing red lights and an alarm sound to alert the user. If necessary, the user can press the emergency stop button to cut off all gas and electricity to the oven.

Turbo System: This is a system used only in FIRINMAK ovens worldwide. The fan mounted on the burner ensures the mixing of flame with pressurized air. The dimmer placed on the front panel of the oven adjusts the pressure. When this system is activated, it provides a temperature increase of about 50 degrees in 1 minute. This temperature increase varies according to the size of the oven and the pressure setting.

Stone Dome: We cast oven domes with a specially prepared mixture in molds designed by FIRINMAK. We reinforced our dome with steel mesh. The oven dome is absolutely unbreakable and does not collapse. If excessive flame is used during the first use, cracking may occur in the oven. For this reason, we want the oven to remain at an average temperature of 100 degrees for the first two days. During this time, the oven dome releases its moisture and the dome does not get damaged. Even in case of incorrect use, the steel mesh ensures that cracking remains at a minimum level.

In the Maximum series gas and wood stone pide ovens, the base stone is heated from below, making it suitable for quickly transferring heat to the upper surface during combustion and for heat storage. There is a burner working with a thermostat under the cooking stone. This burner heats the stone faster and also transfers extra heat to the cooking section of the oven. This is achieved through a channel opened at the back of the oven in dimensions of 10x30 cm. If the lower burner is off, heat can also pass down through this channel from the upper burners, keeping the stone in an ideal regime for continuous cooking.

There is a 7-centimeter gap between the cooking stone and the 10 cm thick gas concrete providing lower insulation. There is a burner that heats the stone in this gap. However, even when the lower burner is off, this gap serves as a heat reservoir. Thanks to this design, both the base stone and the oven interior temperature remain at desired levels.

In the Maximum Gas & Wood series ovens, there are many different designs created by FIRINMAK. Our customers can choose their desired exterior design or present us with any design they want us to make. Additionally, there are options for exterior cladding such as glass mosaic, decorative brick, ceramic, broken ceramic, paint, and stainless steel. In ovens weighing 2 tons and above, high-load carrying polyamide wheels are used.

According to A1 regulations, you can operate our ovens under a hood. There is no requirement to connect to a chimney.

The chimney outlet can be mounted at the front or center of the oven.

FIRINMAK has a 19Ø glass section on the left side, where oak wood can be placed inside for smoking. The cleaning of the wood is made easy with the ash removal tray.

FIRINMAK designed oven doors consist of three parts. The side doors are fixed to the oven. The middle door is portable and can be removed during operation and placed on the empty shelf below the oven. The reason for making this type of oven door is to allow the oven to take in oxygen even when the side doors are closed, preventing extinguishing, and to prevent heat from escaping quickly when the side doors are closed. Thanks to this design, the oven comes to temperature very quickly.

Thanks to the spiral tube lamp mounted outside the oven, the inside of the oven can be easily observed with strong light.

A hole opened on the front panel of the oven allows the flame under the cooking stone to be observed.

In the outer cladding of the oven, silicones, which are more expensive than mortar, are used instead of mortar. With this method, there are no breakages in the outer cladding. Additionally, joints are drawn on the claddings to both strengthen and make the product look more elegant.
