MBS H-IHB-1 Horizontal Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IHB-1 is an industrial 1-ton capacity horizontal balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of large and heavy components. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 25 kg to 1000 kg (1 ton) and a standard bed length of 2500 mm, it provides high-precision balancing across a wide spectrum of parts, including compressor and crusher rotors, welded fan impellers, turbines, separators, geared mils, and heavy industrial drums.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 1400 mm and a mil diameter range of 15–240 mm, the H-IHB-1 features a powerful 7.5 kW motor system with speed adjustment via frequency inverter. Belt drive is provided as standard, while an optional şaft drive can be selected for large, heavy rotors with high aerodynamic drag. It performs simultaneous measurements in single or dual planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• High-Precision Measurement: Equipped with 2 piezoelectric vibration sensors and a reflective optical RPM/angle sensor.

• Operator Computer: All-in-One (AIO) PC with Windows operating system.

• On-Machine Correction (Optional): Enables correction directly on the machine without removing the part, via optional side or top drilling unit add-ons.
