MBS CAS-300 Cardan Şaft Balancing Machine

The MBS CAS-300 is an industrial horizontal balancing machine specially designed for the multi-plane dynamic balancing requirements of cardan mils and long, heavy şafts. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 20 kg to 300 kg and an extra-long 5900 mm bed structure, it provides high-precision balancing for single-piece or multi-piece cardan mils as well as long industrial şaft assemblies.

Supporting a mil diameter range from 9 mm to 140 mm, the CAS-300 features a 4 kW motor operating in a speed range of 0 – 1500 rpm. Thanks to its standard cardan drive mechanism, the workpiece is driven directly via the drive şaft coupled to its flange. It performs simultaneous measurements in 4 (standard) or 5 (optional) planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• 4 or 5 Adjustable Pedestals: 4 pedestals are supplied as standard for full alignment and support of multi-piece cardan şaft systems; a 5th pedestal can be added optionally.

• High-Precision Measurement System: Equipped with coil-type vibration sensors and an encoder for precise angle/RPM tracking.

• Advanced iBalancer Software: Automatic tolerance calculation per ISO 21940-11 standard; calculation of correction mass and angle for each plane with Turkish and optional multi-language module support.

• Flexible Control Options: Supplied with Type C control unit as standard; Type A and Type B control panels are optional based on operational needs (Windows-based AIO PC).

• Safety and Standards: CE-compliant structure; safety enclosure with interlocked door available as an option.
