MBS H-IHB-3 Horizontal Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IHB-3 is an industrial 3-ton capacity horizontal balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of heavy rotors with large diameters and high weight. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 30 kg to 3000 kg (3 tons) and a standard bed length of 3000 mm, it provides high-precision balancing across a wide spectrum of parts, including crusher rotors, augers, mixer mils, large electric motor rotors, turbines, and heavy industrial drums.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 1600 mm and a mil diameter range of 20–240 mm, the H-IHB-3 features a powerful 11 kW motor system with speed adjustment via frequency inverter. Belt drive is provided as standard, while an optional şaft drive can be selected for large, heavy rotors with high aerodynamic drag. It performs simultaneous measurements in single or dual planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• Operator Computer: All-in-One (AIO) PC with Windows operating system.

• On-Machine Correction (Optional): Enables correction directly on the machine without removing the part, via optional side or top drilling unit add-ons.
