MBS H-IHB 7 Horizontal Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IHB 7 is an industrial 7-ton capacity horizontal balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of large and heavy components in heavy industry sectors. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 100 kg to 7000 kg (7 tons) and a bed length of 4000 mm, it provides high-precision balancing across a wide spectrum of parts, including large electric motor rotors, turbine impellers, radial and double-inlet fans, v-belt pulleys, and heavy industrial mils.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 2000 mm and a mil diameter range of 40–320 mm, the H-IHB 7 features an 18 kW motor and driver system with speed adjustable between 0–1500 rpm via a frequency inverter (higher speeds available upon request). Belt drive is offered as standard, with optional şaft drive or combined drive configurations available for large and heavy rotors. It performs simultaneous measurements in two planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• Advanced iBalancer Software: Automatic tolerance calculation per ISO 21940-11 standard based on input rotor dimensions; calculation of correction mass and angle for each plane with Turkish and optional multi-language module support.

• High-Precision Measurement: Equipped with 2 piezoelectric vibration sensors and a reflective optical RPM/angle sensor.

• Operator Computer: All-in-One (AIO) PC with Windows operating system.

• On-Machine Correction: Correction location and mass are displayed on the screen; correction can be performed directly on the machine while the rotor remains mounted.

• Safety and Standards: CE-compliant structure; safety enclosure with interlocked door available as an option.
