MBS H-IRB 300 Horizontal Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IRB 300 is an industrial horizontal balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of medium-sized rotors. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 15 kg to 300 kg and a bed length of 1500 mm, it provides high-precision balancing across a wide spectrum of parts, including electric motor rotors, crankshafts, fan and compressor impellers, propellers, and turbine rotors.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 1100 mm and a mil diameter range of 10–130 mm, the H-IRB 300 features a 4 kW motor and driver system. Operating at a maximum balancing speed of 1500 rpm, the system offers a standard belt drive as well as an optional şaft drive for rotors with high aerodynamic drag or lacking a belt seating surface. It performs simultaneous measurements in two planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• Ergonomic Operator Console: Supplied with Type B console as standard; optional Type A enclosed cabinet is available (Windows 11 based AIO PC).

• On-Machine Correction (Optional): Enables correction directly on the machine without removing the part, via optional side or top drilling unit add-ons.
