Ø800 Mm - Ø3600 Mm Concrete Pipe and Culvert Machine

Construction (Main Frame): Our machine is constructed from high-strength construction (ST 52) (ST 37) quality steels. The construction is realized at 0 level on special production machines and calibrated, eliminating any balance faults experienced in the construction site. The upper smoothing connection group and lower vibrator group of our machine are completely processed with CNC machines. It is 25% heavier than equivalent machines on the market. This makes it more durable and long-lasting.

Vibrator System: The vibration system used in our machine is a liquid oil closed circulation system. The automatic lubrication system is activated during machine operation. Oil return control is provided by a sensor, ensuring safety on the panel against user errors. The bearings used in the vibrator are preferred as SKF or FAG. The vibrator power adjustment can be adjusted STEPLESS at any time via the control panel. This provides time and labor savings for the customer. (There is absolutely no need to disassemble the vibrator from the machine while adjusting.)

Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system used in our machine is BOSCH-REXROTH (German) brand. All hydraulic equipment, valves, pistons and other circuit elements used in the system are tested at the BOSCH-REXROTH test center before coming to our company. After the assembly of the machine in our company, the operation of the system is checked, adjustments are made, and it is ready for shipment. Our hydraulic units are placed in the machine pit in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations. This eliminates hydraulic unit noise, temperature, and space losses. The hydraulic unit has heat and oil level sensors. Thus, the system is constantly under control.

Control Panel: Our machine's control panel is designed so that the OPERATOR can easily use the machine. All materials used inside the panel are SCHNEIDER (German). The control panel allows easy adjustment of the machine's hydraulic unit temperature, oil service, and vibrator power. It prevents job, labor, and time losses.

Bunker and Mortar Distributor: Our machine has a 1.5 m³ capacity mortar tank. The mortar distributor ensures a more homogeneous distribution of mortar from the bunker tank. The mortar mixer has a chain gear protection cage.

Safety and Sensors: Our machine is equipped with sensors and switches in accordance with occupational health and safety. Operation sequences are set with sensors to minimize accidents caused by the operator. Steel protections are provided for moving parts around the machine. Emergency STOP buttons are located in the machine pit and various points. Descents and ascents to the machine pit are made with the ladder provided with the machine.

Product Transport and Steaming: Products produced in our machine are transported to the area where steam will be supplied with a transport vehicle. The transport vehicle is made of steel with suitable strength and lightness. Pneumatic type tires are used to transport the product smoothly to the field. Along with the transport vehicle, transport baskets are also provided. Ø150 mm and Ø200 mm diameters can also be transported with a forklift in terms of manufacturing speed.

Moulds and Pallets: All our molds and smoothing are made of St52 Steel. Along with our molds, mold mounting plates are also provided with our machine. OUR PALLETS ARE PRODUCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROVINCIAL BANK STANDARDS AND DIN 4032-4035 STANDARDS. Our pallets are completely produced on CNC lathes. Before shipment, pallets are packaged with a special packaging method and shipped. There will be no rusting issue until first use with special protective wax.
