Armaksan company was founded in Istanbul in 1978. Our first job was to produce carpentry tools and carpentry bench vices. In the early 1980s, the developing Turkish furniture manufacturing sector encouraged us to engage in machinery trading, and in those years, we made our first machinery sales. In 1987, we took our first corporate step and institutionalized under the name of Armaksan Collective Company. By the beginning of the 1990s, we had already established a strong place for ourselves in the woodworking machinery sector in Turkey. In 1993, we made our first machinery export. In 1995, we moved to our current building with a 1200m2 showroom area that we built ourselves. In the 2000s, we accelerated our expansion into the changing woodworking machinery sector and in 2003, we registered our own brand Beeman and appointed representatives to many countries abroad. By the 2010s, we had become distributors of all woodworking machinery manufacturers in Turkey with their own brand, Beeman. Our manufacturing partners producing our Beeman brand operate in an area of approximately 20,000 m2 with state-of-the-art CNC machines. We have representatives in 16 countries worldwide.
