Established in 1998 as a subsidiary of Hattat Group, which has been operating in the automotive and construction machinery industry since 1973, Hattat Traktör started its production activities and R&D studies in 2002 in order to produce 100% domestic tractors in Tekirdağ Çerkezköy. Starting serial production of the first Hattat brand tractor in 2007 with experienced engineers and qualified workforce, taking into account the needs of the evolving agricultural sector. The vital parts of the tractors produced by Hattat Traktör, such as the transmission, differential, rear axle, 4WD front axle, hydraulic lifter unit, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valves, hydraulic brake master cylinder, and all other hydraulic equipment, are produced by Hattat Group at the Çerkezköy facilities. Models produced by Hattat Traktör in the range of 50-110 horsepower have been well received by farmers in Turkey as well as overseas. With models known for their advanced technology, low fuel consumption, ergonomic garden, compact, and field models, it quickly gained a high market share. Hattat Traktör, a favorite of farmers worldwide in a very short time in the international market, received the awards for 'Tractor of the Year' and 'Cabin Design of the Year' in Poland in 2010. Winning first place in all the competitions it participated in, Hattat Traktör became the plow champion in Ireland in 2011, in Latvia in 2013, won the Silver Medal at the Moldova Moldagrotech Fair in 2014, and in 2016, was awarded the 'Tractor of the Year' in Poland with the new T4000 series. Also, as a result of the 'Technical Cooperation' agreement signed with Valtra, one of the world's leading tractor brands in 2003, Hattat Traktör became Valtra's Turkey distributor. With the second technical cooperation agreement signed in 2007, the Valtra A series tractors started to be produced in Turkey and sold worldwide. Hattat Traktör, which sells tractors with the Hattat brand to more than 80 countries on 5 continents, is steadily moving towards being a global brand.
