INOTIM INOTIM is an engineering company operating on an international scale by combining its production power in Turkey with a European structure based in Romania. The company was established in 2018. in the Adnan Menderes University Technology Development Zone. Its fields of activity include auxiliary machines and equipment used in the maintenance and production of railway vehicles, hydraulic presses, industrial washing machines, as well as special purpose machine design and production. INOTIM is not just a company that produces machines, but also a solution partner that offers design, system design, and engineering solutions. The company's roots go back to 2001 in terms of engineering and field experience. The patent obtained as the sole inventor of a machine designed for the railway sector in 2012 was a concrete indicator of technical competence. At the same time, the recycling machine project developed, which operates more efficiently compared to its counterparts, was completed with TÜBİTAK 1507 support and concluded with a Utility Model registration. This process strengthened INOTIM's R&D-focused approach. Another R&D work for the railway sector in 2019 was supported by KOSGEB and successfully completed in 2021. These projects highlight the company's capacity not only for production but also for technology development. Today, INOTIM offers comprehensive system solutions, special designs, and engineering consulting services in different sectors in addition to railway equipment production. The production facility launched in 2019 in Konya Büsan OSB, with an area of 1300 m², has increased the company's production capacity. In this facility, welding, machining, assembly, test, and commissioning processes are carried out integrally. The central office and R&D unit in Aydın continue their project management and design activities. INOTIM SRL established in Romania operates to provide faster access and local support to business partners in the European market. All equipment designed by INOTIM is developed based on field needs analysis and structural analyzes verified by international engineering software. Each machine is developed through a robust engineering process based on data-based tests and real-use scenarios. Systems developed with a purpose-oriented engineering approach aim to provide safe, efficient, and sustainable operations in railway maintenance workshops and industrial production lines.
