The story of stability, perseverance, and success from past to present... ŞAFAK MAKİNA Spare Parts Industry and Trade Inc. was established in 1955 by Mr. Fethi ÇATALAY in Istanbul. The production, which started with a single lathe in 1955, entered a period of development and growth as a result of the involvement of the second generation, Dündar ÇATALAY, Serdar ÇATALAY, and Erdal ÇATALAY, in 1979. ŞAFAK MAKİNA Inc. was moved to its new factory established on 10,500 m2 closed area in Samandıra, Istanbul in 1998, becoming an integrated facility. The construction of the factory with a closed area of 24,000 m2 in Düzce organized industrial zone is still ongoing. Our company produces more than 1000 different products for the world automotive and tractor main industries. At our factory, high and low-pressure fasteners, pipe hose assemblies, air conditioning, fuel and brake pipe assemblies, commercial vehicle compressors, brake exhaust valves, special engine parts and piano group assemblies, and Ford Transit V184 vacuum pump are produced. Our company continues to improve its production capabilities in line with customer expectations with CNC Machining, Pipe Bending Machinery parks, Forging, Coating support facilities. Engineered and produced by R&D studies, the machines are not only used by themselves but also present their own technology to the world market. The best examples of this are CNC pipe bending and PLC end forming and CNC lathe machines.
