Established as a family business by Ismail ŞAHIN and İbrahim ŞAHIN in 1953, Şahinler Machinery initially produced textile machines and sewing machines and later continued with belt-driven and gear-driven drill presses and band saws in the 1960s. In 1979, it made its first export to Germany. After restructuring as a joint-stock company after 1980, it focused on sheet metal processing machinery production. It introduced its first PK-40 Profile Pipe Bending Machine in Turkey in 1983, the first Hydraulic 3 Top Cylinder machine 3R HS 20 - 210 in 1989, and the first Hydraulic Combined Shears Machine HKM - 45 in 1991 and realized its exports. Şahinler Machinery, one of the largest manufacturers in its sector worldwide, continues to serve in the machine manufacturing sector with 25,000m² of three separate factories and 300 employees today. It exports to 55 countries in the world.
