1) Long bars placed in the channels are fed into the machine with the drive cart.

It is possible to insert 24 long bars.

While welding 8mm, a maximum of 18 bars can be inserted.

The bars are centered by nozzles.

2) The lower electrode, upper electrode, and 9 transformers of 120 KVA.

The long bars coming from the drive unit and the cross bars coming from the cross bar ejection unit are held together by the magnet, and the welding pistons compress the bar

and welding is done with the energy coming from the transformer.

3) The magnetic bar from the cross bar warehouse takes a certain amount of cross bar and leaves it in the servo motor compartment.

The servo motor takes the bars one by one and gives them to the ejection unit.

The ejection process is done with pistons.

It throws the cross bar towards the magnet.

4) The mesh pulling system is done with a cart running on a linear slide controlled by a servo motor.
