1) Controlled by Servo Motor. 24 units can be installed.

2) Consists of lower electrode, upper electrode, and 6 units of 120 KVA transformers.

The length bars coming from the drive unit and the cross bars coming from the cross bar ejection unit

are held together by the magnet, and the welding pistons compress the bar and welding is done with the energy from the transformer.

3) The magnetic bar from the cross bar storage takes a certain amount of cross bars and drops them into the servo motor compartment.

The servo motor takes the bars one by one and gives them to the ejection unit.

The ejection process is done with pistons.

It throws the cross bar towards the magnet.

4) There are 6 units of 800Amper disk thyristor welding units in the panel.

PLC and motor control systems are compatible with each other.

There is an internet output via Ethernet.
