MBS H-IRB-50 Horizontal Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IRB-50 is an industrial horizontal balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of small and medium-weight rotors. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 0.5 kg to 50 kg and a bed length of 1500 mm, it provides high-precision balancing across a wide spectrum of parts, including electric motor rotors, radial fan impellers, turbine rotors, cylindrical mils, and şaft assemblies.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 500 mm and a mil/şaft diameter range of 5–130 mm, the H-IRB-50 is equipped with a 2.2 kW motor power. The standard belt drive system is suitable for mass production and yields the most accurate measurement results on components with a cylindrical surface where the belt rests. An optional şaft drive can be selected for parts with high aerodynamic drag or lacking a belt seating surface. It performs simultaneous measurements in single or dual planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• Ergonomic Operator Console: Supplied with Type B console as standard; optional Type A enclosed cabinet is available (Windows-based AIO PC).

• On-Machine Correction (Optional): Enables correction directly on the machine without removing the part, via optional side or top drilling unit add-ons.
