Has Makina separating warping machines are designed to wind the main yarn, made of nylon or polyester, onto bobbins by separating it. Since the separation and warping processes occur in the same process, there are savings in time, space, and cost. It is computer-controlled, ensuring absolute safety for all working conditions.

It is easy to operate and can be quickly converted to different yarn parameters. It provides greater operational efficiency in knitting machines. The tension of the entire system can be adjusted from the control panel, allowing bobbins to be wound at the desired tension. Custom production is available according to the desired bobbin size and number of bobbins.

Usable Main Yarns

• Nylon: 240 / 12 F (20 D)

• Polyester: 240 / 12 F (20 D) - 300 / 10 F (30 D)

Main Machine Winder

The main/winder motor power is 5 kW. The brake system is disc and air system. The elevator system is actuator piston-controlled. The front cylinder is ceramic-coated, and the brake system is electrically pressure-controlled. There is a bobbin copying system for standard winding of bobbin diameter measurements. All settings are electronically made with a 10’’ digital touch control panel. The comb and banding systems can be automatically adjusted. The warping system can be electronically adjusted to the desired size.

Tension Control Cylinders

• "A" Cylinders: 2 special chrome-coated cylinders. 1 adjustable ceramic-coated cylinder. The cylinder brake systems are pressure-controlled. Motor power is 4 kW.

Separation Section and Yarn Break Sensors

• Ceramic-eyed main yarn separation system. Yarn break detectors. Yarn breakage is controlled at 1,008 points (72x14). Each row has a yarn break warning light.

Separation Starting Unit

• The section where the main control unit and electronic panels are located. Special chrome-coated rollers ensure the tensioning system before the yarn separation begins.

Creel Unit

• Bobbin tension control motors are completely custom-designed torque systems. The bobbin motor brakes are pressure-controlled. Bobbin holders can be adjusted for different bobbins. Our standard production is 72 bobbins, with optional production ranging from 64-128 bobbins.
