Loading: Biscuits are loaded onto a feeding system where the biscuits are positioned for the cream filling process.
Cream Preparation and Automatic Feeding: The cream filling required for the manufacture of sandwich cookies is prepared in advance and loaded into the tank for the cream filling. This tank is equipped with a stirrer and has a water jacket, where the coolant (water) is circulated, which is necessary for heating the product. The cream filling enters the machine from the tank with the help of a pump. The product pipelines also have a jacket for the circulation of coolant (water). The circulation of water in the shirts of the tank and the pipelines, as well as its heating, is provided by the water heater, which includes the pump, heating elements and the control panel. It should also be noted that the supply of cream filling from the tank to the machine for sandwiching is carried out in automatic mode under the control of a controller located in the control panel of the cream delivery system.
Automated Cream Depositing: The cream or filling is deposited onto one of the biscuits. The machine is designed to control the amount of filling deposited, ensuring consistency in each sandwich.
Top Biscuit Placement: The second biscuit is placed on top of the cream-filled biscuit, creating a sandwich.
Conveyor Movement: The completed biscuit sandwiches move along the conveyor to the next stage of the process.
