Key Features of the Kempasan AUT04:

• Transverse Unloading: Products are unloaded transversely from a product layer, ensuring continuous feeding into the packaging machine. Depending on the station design, limited storage of products may be facilitated, allowing the packaging process to maintain uninterrupted operation.
• Flexible Routing Options: Any product rows that cannot be immediately processed are effectively redirected to the next station, an overflow belt, or a feedback system, ensuring efficient utilization of all products.
• Direct and Indirect Stations:
  • Direct: Products are transferred directly onto a transverse discharge belt, then routed to the packaging line via a lateral belt. Optionally, stations can be equipped with additional transverse discharge belts for storage, gathering rows via a diverter to be sent directly to the packaging line.
  • Indirect: Initially, products are moved onto a plate belt. Once the previous row is cleared, they are then transferred to the transverse discharge belt.
• Hygienic Design: Featuring a design where all functions like transverse discharge belts, storage belts, and sheet belts are located above the main belts, providing optimal access for easy cleaning and maintenance. This design is particularly effective in ensuring hygienic operations by allowing easy detection and removal of any contaminants.
• Maintenance and Cleaning Accessibility: The system is designed for easy maintenance, allowing for the simple ejection of the slab belt and transverse discharge belt, which enhances the system's usability and maintenance efficiency.
