3M-15-16 Steam Tunnel

1- The steam coming from the outside at 5 bar pressure is automatically sprayed on the label on the bottle by the nozzles. The length of the tunnel is made according to the order as 1.5-2-2.5-3-4 meters.

2- the tunnel can be adjusted according to the material and the shape of the bottle (plastic glass angular or round bottles or boxes)

3- Electricity consumption will be 3 kW / hour. 70% of the machine is made of stainless steel. 1/2 ” valves are used in stainless steel.

Brass and stainless steel fittings are used in steam connections. The chassis part will consist of a stainless profile.

4- The connection of the steam to the nozzles is through stainless braided hoses.

5- Waste vapor is sucked back from 6 different areas in the machine. 

6- 2020 model machines have 8 glass doors around the tunnel.

7-Nozzles can be adjusted as back and forth, up and down, angular. Each nozzle flow can be adjusted separately. While the tunnel is working, back and forth adjustments of steam nozzles can be made from outside the machine.

8-There is a pressure tube on the machine.
