Gases and dust in the industrial environment enter the bunker with high pressure from the suction pipe of the filter. The dust entering the bunker is directed downwards with the help of a reflector. After the speed of the dusty gases decreases, the heavy particles settle to the bottom without going into the bags. Light dust and dirty air remain on the outer surfaces of the filter bags for main filtration.

Contaminated dust collection bags are cleaned with Pulse Valves, which are controlled by an electronic timer and blow air at 6-7 bar pressure. The clean air passing through the filters is sucked in with the help of a fan and transferred outside.

High pressure ensures that dust, particles, etc. held in the filter bags fall into the bunker at the bottom of the filter. In this way, the usable materials collected in the bunker are used, and the unusable ones are collected as waste.
