- The packaging line is designed for automatic feeding of the sliced bread from the slicing machine to the transporter of the horizontal flow-pack packaging machine to produce pillow bags from an open roll of hot or cold sealable material. It is optional to add clipping or twisting machine to the packaging line.
- The capacity of the line is max. 30 packs per minute.
- Components of the packaging line are listed below:
- 1. Slicing Machine
- 2. Sliced Bread Feeding System to the intervals on the transporter of the packaging machine
- 3. Horizontal Flowpack Packaging Machine (double pusher, side support for the product)
- 4. Fixing (Holding) Conveyor – 1 piece
- 5. Package Exit Conveyor Band – 1 piece
- 6. After packaging in flowpack machine, we take the packaged products automatically to the clipping or twisting unit (whichever you prefer) and clip them.
