100x100mm Dot Peen Marking Machine with Divider

Our DMS-5000 Marking device is 100x100mm.' It is our desktop model where you can mark large diameter flanges with its 250mm diameter writing area and 250mm diameter divisor integrated into its body. Our device, which is designed mainly for writing on flanges, has a diameter of 800 mm and a weight of 100 kg. It is possible to connect up to 1 piece. The communication between the computer-controlled device is carried out through the USB port on the control box. The device is painted with electrostatic powder paint and a ball bearing carriage and rail system are used for movement.

A plate that you can use with the product to write on non-cylindrical parts is also among the options. Dot spacing can be adjusted with the switch on the control box. The air-operated striking head is made of carbide, the dot depth is adjusted by the pressure regulator on the control box. Extra rigidity is provided with 25 mm chrome-plated shafts in the Z axis. With referencing keys on the X and Y axes, starting from the same place at every startup is ensured.
