90X50mm Portable Electric Dot Peen Marking Machine

Our DTSB-9050 Marking device is 90x50mm.' It is our portable model that can be easily used in many applications with its 100-200 cm writing area. It can communicate with a tablet or smartphone with Android installed via wifi protocol. You can carry the device with the handles on the sides or with the handle on the back. Thanks to the electrically powered marking head, you can use it wherever you can reach 220 volt electricity. You can also power it with a 24-volt battery instead of a power cord. You can start the device with the start button next to the handle.

The device is painted with electrostatic powder paint and a ball bearing carriage and rail system are used for movement. The platform is designed to be movable so that the striking distance can be adjusted in case the carbide tip is sharpened. The electric-powered striking head is made of carbide and the dot depth can be adjusted from the program. With referencing keys on the X and Y axes, starting from the same place at every startup is ensured. Thanks to the rubber part fixed to the base, unwanted movements of the device on the workpiece are reduced.
