Pusher Centrifuge

Pusher centrifuges are continuous filtering centrifuges used for dewatering and washing free-draining bulk crystalline, polymer, or fibrous materials . Where suited, they provide the best washing characteristics of any continuous centrifuge due to control of retention time, uniform cake bed, and essentially plug flow of solids through the unit . For a typical appli- cation such as salt, they range in capacity from about 1 ton/h for small (250-mm-diameter) units up to about 120 tons/h or more in the largest units (1250-mm-diameter) . They are generally applied where the mean particle size is at least 150 µm . Typical solids retention time is between 10 and 30 s . Normally the machine is fed by a feed pipe, but it can also be used as post- treatment of a prior dewatering step such as a vacuum filter . In this case it is fed by a feed screw . With the mechanical drive, a worm screw is driven by a motor via a V-belt. An eccen- tric converts the rotary motion of the gear output shaft into a pusher motion. The pus- her frequency depends on the ratio of the V-belt drive of the motor to the worm gear. Pusher centrifuges with a mechanical drive are extremely maintenance-friendly. This is because no significant maintenance work is required apart from recurrent lubrication of the bearings. The individual drive components can be replaced without disassembly of the centrifuge. A major advantage: The machine does not require cooling water. Machines with a basket diameter of 250, 350, 450, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 mm are fitted with the mechanical drive system.

- Özel sipariş üzerine üretilen veya kişiye özel üretilmiş ürünler iade kapsamı dışındadır.
İade İşlemi Nasıl Yapılır?
- Satın alma formu üzerinden satıcı firma ile iletişime geçilerek iade talebi oluşturulur.
- Satıcı firma, talebi değerlendirerek iade sürecinin başlatılması için gerekli adımları alıcıya bildirir.
- Ürün, belirlenen süre içinde ve eksiksiz şekilde satıcıya ulaştırılmalıdır.
İade Sonrası Geri Ödeme Süreci:
- Satıcı firma, iade edilen ürünü teslim aldıktan sonra inceleyerek uygunluk durumunu kontrol eder.
- Ürün iade şartlarına uygunsa, geri ödeme işlemi en geç 10 iş günü içinde gerçekleştirilir.
- Geri ödeme, alıcının ödeme yaptığı yöntemle yapılır.
İade Edilemeyen Ürünler:
- Kullanılmış veya hasar görmüş ürünler
- Ambalajı açılmış hijyen ürünleri
- Kişiselleştirilmiş veya özel sipariş üzerine üretilmiş makineler ve ekipmanlar

Türkiye Tüketici Hakları Çerçevesinde İade Hakları

Cayma Hakkı:
- Mesafeli satış sözleşmelerinde alıcı, 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ürünü iade etme hakkına sahiptir.
- Cayma hakkı kapsamında yapılan iadelerde, satıcı tarafından tüm ücretler iade edilir.
Ayıplı Ürün İadesi:
- Ürün, üretim hatası veya eksik parça gibi ayıplı bir şekilde teslim edilirse, alıcı 30 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilir.
- Satıcı firma, ürünün tamiri, değişimi veya ücret iadesi konusunda sorumludur.
