Technical specifications
• Conveyor rail is manufactured from 3 mm sheet metal, specially bent and closed type, and hoyaed with electrostatic powder paint.

The rails are mounted to each other with bolt and nut connections by means of Ilans. The chain material is completely made of high quality steel material and has been heat treated.

Therefore, problems such as wear and elongation are at a minimum level.
• Bearings in high temperature resistant G3 clearance bearing. Cardan type conveyor )( Yen Z axis movement feature provides advantages compared to other conveyor eps.

• Tension station Consists of two contructions working inside each other. Movement can be lubricated with the help of the grease nipples in the inner contrfi- tion's laisserie by means of four conveyor rollers. .
• The drive station is manufactured in caterpillar type.

Flender Motox brand reducer provides 1.5 kW silent and vibration-free movement. In emergency situations, it has the feature of short-term reverse activation for 5-10 minutes.

The dropout on the drive station ends, it prevents the drive motor from being damaged by cutting the flow in case of jamming of the conveyor.

The speed control range on the conveyor is 0.7 to 4.25 m/min.
• Lubrication is done automatically on the cardan conveyor. In the lubrication system controlled by a pneumatic valeer, oil is ejected with nozzles to the bearings passing through the lubrication rail.

The direction of the nozzles, the amount of oil to be sprayed and the distance to the bearings can be adjusted as needed.

The lubrication system is controlled from the pan-room and can be turned on and off when desired.

As in other systems, it does not require the operator to deal with the grease fitting for hours.
• Conveyor rail is fixed to the ground and oven with steel construction and poles.

Special waste hangers are used in the ovens considering the elongation of the conveyor due to the temperature. In other tinites of the facility, special type hangers are available on them.
• There is an emergency stop button at the necessary points on the conveyor.

- Özel sipariş üzerine üretilen veya kişiye özel üretilmiş ürünler iade kapsamı dışındadır.
İade İşlemi Nasıl Yapılır?
- Satın alma formu üzerinden satıcı firma ile iletişime geçilerek iade talebi oluşturulur.
- Satıcı firma, talebi değerlendirerek iade sürecinin başlatılması için gerekli adımları alıcıya bildirir.
- Ürün, belirlenen süre içinde ve eksiksiz şekilde satıcıya ulaştırılmalıdır.
İade Sonrası Geri Ödeme Süreci:
- Satıcı firma, iade edilen ürünü teslim aldıktan sonra inceleyerek uygunluk durumunu kontrol eder.
- Ürün iade şartlarına uygunsa, geri ödeme işlemi en geç 10 iş günü içinde gerçekleştirilir.
- Geri ödeme, alıcının ödeme yaptığı yöntemle yapılır.
İade Edilemeyen Ürünler:
- Kullanılmış veya hasar görmüş ürünler
- Ambalajı açılmış hijyen ürünleri
- Kişiselleştirilmiş veya özel sipariş üzerine üretilmiş makineler ve ekipmanlar

Türkiye Tüketici Hakları Çerçevesinde İade Hakları

Cayma Hakkı:
- Mesafeli satış sözleşmelerinde alıcı, 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ürünü iade etme hakkına sahiptir.
- Cayma hakkı kapsamında yapılan iadelerde, satıcı tarafından tüm ücretler iade edilir.
Ayıplı Ürün İadesi:
- Ürün, üretim hatası veya eksik parça gibi ayıplı bir şekilde teslim edilirse, alıcı 30 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilir.
- Satıcı firma, ürünün tamiri, değişimi veya ücret iadesi konusunda sorumludur.
