Make sure that the air intake systems of your machines forcefully draw in and expel the smoke generated during scraping and cutting. Preventing the optics from getting dirty is the most important point for their longevity.

These lenses, produced from ZnSe (Zinc Selenide) material, also have a coating on their upper surfaces against back reflection (Anti-Reflective Coating).

Co2 Laser beams are invisible. After passing through the lens, the thinnest distance these rays reach varies depending on the type of product. Lenses are available at various focusing heights. To find the focusing height of the lens you used before, you find your focal distance by measuring the distance between the lens and the material to be processed at the adjusted height.
