• Transverse Unloading: Product rows are efficiently unloaded from a product layer and continuously fed into the packaging machine. Depending on the station design, there's the possibility of limited product storage, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the packaging machine.
• Efficient Routing Options: Any product rows that cannot be immediately processed are intelligently redirected to the next station, an overflow belt, or a feedback system, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Direct and Indirect Stations:
  • Direct: Products are directly transferred onto the transverse discharge belt and then routed to the packaging line via a lateral belt. Optional additional transverse discharge belts can be installed for storage purposes, with rows being gathered via a diverter and sent directly to the packaging line.
  • Indirect: Initially, product rows are transferred onto a plate belt. As soon as the previous row is emptied, the rows are then transferred to the transverse discharge belt.
• Hygienic Design: All functions such as transverse discharge belts, storage belts, or plate belts are positioned above the main belts, facilitating optimum access for cleaning after any detection of contaminants.
• Easy Maintenance and Cleaning: Optimal accessibility ensures easy retraction and ejection of the plate belt and transverse discharge belt, enhancing the efficiency of maintenance and cleaning operations.
