Dates paste processing and filling line from SmartMak™ is one of the most important food processing machines, it produces date paste from fresh dates, and ensure to package the resulting paste in customized packages. it operates with a high production capacity of 3 tons per hour, and is distinguished by being manufactured according to European quality specifications CE.

The Dates Paste Processing and Filling Line is considered one of the commercial and industrial food processing equipment, from SmartMak™ one of the most important Food processing equipment manufacturers.

The Dates Paste Processing and Filling Line from SmartMak™ is specified by its high quality and high production capacity, in addition to the fact that production within this line is completely automatic and without any manual intervention, according to a high harmony between mechanical and electrical operations.

The line has an integrated protection system for its workers, as it guarantees protection from electric current surges, and it also ensures that the work stops automatically when the packaging material roll ends to prevent any waste in the materials.

Work begins in the line from the stage of receiving dates, which can be used in all types, whether dry or wet, as the grains pass through the primary steam tunnel and then the main steam tunnel, which ensure the moistening and sterilization of the dates, then the moistened dates are transferred to the peeling off and tissue removal unit, which completely isolates the seeds within an almost non-existent waste rate, this unit also chops the resulting dates, then the product is cooled within a cooling tunnel, in preparation for grinding and homogenizing it within the homogenization unit, then the resulting homogeneous paste is pumped through a special pump to the packing machine, which packs the paste into thermal forming transparent bags or printed bags, the line features a vacuum packing process to ensure that the paste does not ferment and react with oxygen.

- Özel sipariş üzerine üretilen veya kişiye özel üretilmiş ürünler iade kapsamı dışındadır.
İade İşlemi Nasıl Yapılır?
- Satın alma formu üzerinden satıcı firma ile iletişime geçilerek iade talebi oluşturulur.
- Satıcı firma, talebi değerlendirerek iade sürecinin başlatılması için gerekli adımları alıcıya bildirir.
- Ürün, belirlenen süre içinde ve eksiksiz şekilde satıcıya ulaştırılmalıdır.
İade Sonrası Geri Ödeme Süreci:
- Satıcı firma, iade edilen ürünü teslim aldıktan sonra inceleyerek uygunluk durumunu kontrol eder.
- Ürün iade şartlarına uygunsa, geri ödeme işlemi en geç 10 iş günü içinde gerçekleştirilir.
- Geri ödeme, alıcının ödeme yaptığı yöntemle yapılır.
İade Edilemeyen Ürünler:
- Kullanılmış veya hasar görmüş ürünler
- Ambalajı açılmış hijyen ürünleri
- Kişiselleştirilmiş veya özel sipariş üzerine üretilmiş makineler ve ekipmanlar

Türkiye Tüketici Hakları Çerçevesinde İade Hakları

Cayma Hakkı:
- Mesafeli satış sözleşmelerinde alıcı, 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ürünü iade etme hakkına sahiptir.
- Cayma hakkı kapsamında yapılan iadelerde, satıcı tarafından tüm ücretler iade edilir.
Ayıplı Ürün İadesi:
- Ürün, üretim hatası veya eksik parça gibi ayıplı bir şekilde teslim edilirse, alıcı 30 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilir.
- Satıcı firma, ürünün tamiri, değişimi veya ücret iadesi konusunda sorumludur.
