The Makren 40 Sheets / Minute Wafer Cream Application Machine is a high-efficiency solution designed to enhance wafer production processes. It applies liquid or aerated cream onto the wafer sheets coming from the cooling process, forming blocks. The machine begins by applying one layer of cream between two sheets, with the option to apply up to five layers of cream between a maximum of six sheets, resulting in 11-layered wafer blocks. The cream application is performed using a pneumatic system, and the cream can be applied in either single or double colors.

Key Features:

• Cream Application: The cream is applied to the wafer sheet using scraper blades mounted on a rotating drum.
• Recirculation System: Excess cream on the conveyor belt is collected into a stainless steel cream recirculation trolley, which pumps the cream back into the cream reservoir.
• Cylinder Pressing: The layered blocks are pressed using adjustable cylinders to evenly spread the cream between the wafers.
• Weight Control: An optional block weighing unit can be added after the cylinder pressing. Desired weight adjustments are easily tracked via the control screen.
• Optional Hazelnut Sprinkling Group: An additional hazelnut sprinkling unit can be added to the process.

• The machine is suitable for wafers ranging in size from 290 x 470 mm to 350 x 500 mm. The conveyor tracks and belts can be adjusted to fit these sizes.
