42 Pieces/Minute Wafer Baking Oven

The Makren is used for the fully automatic production of flat or shaped wafers. The baking molds can be optionally designed to form fine or medium-depth patterns on the wafer sheets. The molds are heated by natural gas, LPG, or optionally by electricity. The baking time can be adjusted between 2 to 3.5 minutes, depending on the recipe and the desired wafer sheet thickness, with an average baking time of 2.3 minutes.

The system is equipped with energy-efficient burners. Each burner is moved around its axis to ensure equal heat distribution across the entire baking surface. The heating system is automatically ignited and monitored from a control panel. The oven is equipped with a frequency-controlled main motor, a frequency-controlled impeller pump for dough delivery, an automatic sheet removal system, an automatic temperature control device, stainless steel coating, a closed exhaust hood on the dough delivery station, a pneumatic-controlled automatic tong tension system, a bottom bead cleaning system, and a control panel and control cabinet.

• Frequency-Controlled Motors: The oven features a frequency-controlled main motor and a frequency-controlled impeller pump for precise dough delivery.

• Automatic Sheet Collection: The adjustable automatic sheet collection system ensures a smooth flow to the subsequent cooling machine.

• Bead Cleaning System: The bottom bead cleaning system can be controlled automatically or manually from the control panel.

• Automatic Temperature Control: The temperature of the molds can be easily tracked using the automatic temperature control device via the control panel.

• Stainless Steel Exterior: The entire exterior covering of the oven is made of stainless steel.

• Pneumatic Tong Tension System: The tong tension system is controlled pneumatically.
