5000 Lt Stainless Milk Pasteurizer

Pasteurizers are automatic systems that systematically heat and cool milk by means of plate heat exchangers in order to increase the temperature of milk without disturbing the physical and biochemical properties (vitamins and diastases) of pathogenic bacteria and nutrients.

Hot water system: It consists of AISI 304 quality stainless steel coated body with closed system circulation.
The plate heat exchanger is single stage. Plates are AISI 316 stainless steel.
Circulation pump is centrifugal type, with expansion tube, air cleaner, monometer.
It consists of water regulator (it fixes the water pressure at the same value) and AISI 304 installation equipment.
Control panel: There are plc control, fully automatic and control system.

AISI 304 quality stainless steel panel, Pt 100 sensor is available.
Steam valve: proportional control valve steam trap: float valve available Plate heat
exchanger: covered with AISI 316 material
5-stage, product inlet temperature +4 c, pasteurization degree 90 c
Product outlet temperature +4/+85 c, cream separator and homogenizer outlet available .
Assembly equipment: AISI 304 quality stainless steel
