It is a high-tech packaging machine built on AISI 304 stainless steel and aluminum skeleton, with high mechanical durability and long life even in the harshest working environment. Preheating plate, forming mold, filling station, vacuum, gassing and gluing station and cutting apparatus are the basic units of the machine. Carrying the packaging machine with the clip chain system provides economical and high performance by allowing the use of soft materials.
Only vacuum can be applied to the products packaged with PKF 320, but also by injecting one or more protective gases when necessary for optimum shelving.
The state-of-the-art PLC microprocessor control system, where all parameters can be monitored and desired changes can be made easily, provides a comfortable working environment with its easy-to-use touch operator panel.
