Automatic Olive Oil Filling Machine

The "100 ML - 1000 ML Olive Oil Filling and Capping Machine" is an automated machine designed for variable volume olive oil filling and capping processes in industrial production. It accommodates various packaging types (PET, glass, tin) for seamless filling, capping, and labeling operations.

Equipped with a servo control system, the filling and nozzle groups are digitally managed. It automatically feeds three types of caps (press-on, screw-on, aluminum snap caps) onto the conveyor, facilitating cap feeding and sealing. It is compatible with Italian-origin 4-disk aluminum snap caps and torque-controlled screw caps for sealing purposes.

Following the filling and capping processes, it proceeds to label the packages bidirectionally using the Herma module labeling machine.
