TEKNOFALT's Cassette Type Filters consist of dirty gas inlet, main body where the cassettes where the dust is separated, clean gas section, cleaning trolley, drive mechanism, blowing (cleaning) fan, dust collection binker, transport-transfer screw, and feet. In addition to these components, a main fan and chimney system that provides suction is also added to the filter. Filter cassettes are arranged perpendicular to the dirty gas section and their connection is sealed with the clean gas section. The blowing fan is mounted on the clean gas channel with an elastic wedge and is connected to the impulse-moving cleaning trolley with a flexible hose. The cleaning trolley is placed outside and moved by the drive motor by chains and steel ropes, which does not need maintenance.

As the dust passes from the dirty gas inlet downwards, over the side surfaces of the cassettes stacked on top of each other, it accumulates in the bags on the outer surfaces of the cassettes, thanks to the suction inside the cassette.

 

The dust formed on the bag surfaces on the cassettes is dropped into the dust collection bunker with the air produced by the blowing fan that produces counter air.

 

The cleaning trolley covers three rows of cassettes during cleaning.

 

Since the right and left cassettes are closed, the air blown into the middle row falls into the dust collection bunker before going to the other cassettes, since there is no suction.

 

With the impulse received, the cleaning car skips a beat and repeats the same operations, and this process continues non-stop as programmed. The dust separated from the cassettes is collected in the bunker and transported to the desired location via the screw.
