Labomak manufactures single and double column Spring Testers in various capacities and versions, which are used to perform tension and compression tests on coil springs .

These testers comply with standards such as ASTM, ISO, DIN, EN, JIS, GOST, GB . They are computer-controlled precision testing machines that offer perfect solutions for spring testing. Equipped with PC and printer, the testers produce output with high precision, high stability and high reliability. Spring testers ensure safety, reduce operator workload and provide maximum flexibility with their user-friendly design.

In SME and Competent versions, each test can be viewed numerically, graphically and statistically in the test tab. Images and sample information in user-defined format (for example, your logo, sample images, sample descriptions, etc.) can be added as you want in the report tab. After SME versions save the test report as PDF, its memory is reset. The user saves the file as PDF in the file system created by the user. Competent models add this information to its archive for you and allow you to search for samples according to the criteria you define.

Analyzing and statistics software is completely free for Kobi, which provides full computer-controlled, numerical and graphical results and output in color PDF format with your own logo. It would not be an exaggeration to say that it is almost custom manufacturing for the SME, for which we offer many motors and drivers up to 0.001 mm/d speed as an alternative, depending on the need and cost.

COMPETENT:

It is the series we produce with great effort for laboratories that have completed the Quality Control and moved to the Research and Development step. Unlike SME, analyzes are automatically backed up under a certain archive. All tests are recorded second by second with user-defined archiving according to GLP rules. Can repeat the test by going back to the tests done. There is a special touch screen mounted on the device case and a computer system working together. The optional dual stage load cell can be added, making it possible to achieve greater sensitivity for low loads, or to use one side as the pull and the other side as the compression department. Using the most advanced PLC and load cells, the series provides extremely high data transfer, so it is possible to obtain very precise graphics.

- Özel sipariş üzerine üretilen veya kişiye özel üretilmiş ürünler iade kapsamı dışındadır.
İade İşlemi Nasıl Yapılır?
- Satın alma formu üzerinden satıcı firma ile iletişime geçilerek iade talebi oluşturulur.
- Satıcı firma, talebi değerlendirerek iade sürecinin başlatılması için gerekli adımları alıcıya bildirir.
- Ürün, belirlenen süre içinde ve eksiksiz şekilde satıcıya ulaştırılmalıdır.
İade Sonrası Geri Ödeme Süreci:
- Satıcı firma, iade edilen ürünü teslim aldıktan sonra inceleyerek uygunluk durumunu kontrol eder.
- Ürün iade şartlarına uygunsa, geri ödeme işlemi en geç 10 iş günü içinde gerçekleştirilir.
- Geri ödeme, alıcının ödeme yaptığı yöntemle yapılır.
İade Edilemeyen Ürünler:
- Kullanılmış veya hasar görmüş ürünler
- Ambalajı açılmış hijyen ürünleri
- Kişiselleştirilmiş veya özel sipariş üzerine üretilmiş makineler ve ekipmanlar

Türkiye Tüketici Hakları Çerçevesinde İade Hakları

Cayma Hakkı:
- Mesafeli satış sözleşmelerinde alıcı, 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ürünü iade etme hakkına sahiptir.
- Cayma hakkı kapsamında yapılan iadelerde, satıcı tarafından tüm ücretler iade edilir.
Ayıplı Ürün İadesi:
- Ürün, üretim hatası veya eksik parça gibi ayıplı bir şekilde teslim edilirse, alıcı 30 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilir.
- Satıcı firma, ürünün tamiri, değişimi veya ücret iadesi konusunda sorumludur.
