These filters consist of dirty gas inlet, main body with cages where dust is separated, clean gas section, cleaning jet-pulse section, dust collection bunker, transport-transfer screw and legs. Additionally, a main fan and chimney system is added to the filter to provide suction for the filter. Filter cages are positioned vertically on the mirror sheet at the top of the filter. In this way, a leak-tight seal is provided between the dirty gas section and the clean gas section and the connection is interrupted. The purge air is installed at the top of the filter from the clean gas side. Another feature of the system is that it has no moving parts, which increases durability.

 

 

As the dust passes through the dirty gas inlet, it passes through the side surfaces of the bag cages arranged vertically. Thanks to the suction from the middle of the cages, dust accumulates on the cage. These dusts are poured into the dust collection bunker with instantaneous blows of compressed air. When the dirty gas inlet enters the filter, it is evenly distributed over the filter bags. Gravimetrically, the gas flow is directed downwards and the dust settles into the bunker. The dirty gas is trapped on the bag outer surface and the cleaned gas comes out from the top. Filter bags are cleaned with the help of compressed air. Compressed air is delivered to the bag center with the help of venturi. The venturi reduces pressure losses and distributes them throughout the long filter bag. The high-speed compressed air shock inflates the filter bag and the accumulated dust outside is poured into the bunkers as the bag inflates.

 

Instant compressed air shock waves are dispersed with the help of explosions. Air shock waves can be fixed or adjusted according to the resistance of the filter bags when they need to be repeated. The optimized shocking system compatible with the pressure tank offers a practical solution for adjusting the air shock with the pressurized air distribution pipe and blasters. The collected dust is delivered to the desired location via the carrier system.
