Intersonic Vapcon
Vapcon Water Vapor Condenser
Water Vapor Condenser
It is a condenser unit that recycles water vapor by liquefying and prevents the release of steam to the
environment.
Thanks to its special design, VAPCON, which is connected to the steam output line, condenses the hot water vapor into liquid form and ensures that the recovered liquid is transmitted to the liquid tank.
Benefits of VAPCON
- The release of water vapor into the environment is prevented, thus preventing the formation of humid and harmful steam in the factory environment.
- It allows you to get rid of high chimney costs. You can easily mount the device where you will apply VAPCON, wherever it is in your factory. Thus, you do not need to make a separate chimney connection to the device on which you installed the VAPCON.
- It helps to recover and reuse the liquid lost as steam. Thus, the water in your liquid boilers can be used for a longer time and the usage times in automatic or manual filling are extended.
- Thanks to VAPCON, you contribute to nature and human health by reclaiming water and dehumidifying the factory air.
- In most cases, the steam released to the environment turns into liquid again and creates wet and slippery surfaces on the ground. Thanks to VAPCON, you can contribute to your work safety by avoiding these slippery surfaces.
Scope of application
- Parts washing machines
- Hot water boilers with chimney outlet
- All closed systems with water vapor output
Working Principle
- Suction of steam by means of steam suction fan
- Passing the absorbed steam through the vapor condenser blades
- Returning the condensed steam to the liquid boiler via the discharge connection (recovery of the condensed liquid)
- Sending and evacuating very small amount of water vapor that cannot be condensed to the steam outlet throat
