In order for the system to work properly, it must be connected to balanced mains voltage with a cable cross-section that can provide 380V – 400A in accordance with the label value.

 

To cool the system, lime-free cooling water of 3 to 6 bar is required. The water temperature may be 5 to 10° below or above the ambient temperature.

 

In cases where the mains voltage is excessively unstable, the 380V volt standard voltage exceeds the maximum 15% tolerance range, the device is overloaded, the water pressure drops or the water temperature exceeds 60° degrees, the device will protect itself and cannot be started until the error is resolved.

 

Since there is no high voltage in the working coil that would harm human health, it is not possible for the employee to be exposed to electric current in case of contact.

 

Since there is a high frequency magnetic field around the device, energy should not be applied without grounding.

 

Devices such as radio, television, mobile phone should not be too close to the induction heating device, otherwise their working performance may decrease. Operating Frequency may vary from 1.7 Khz to 10 Khz depending on the resonance frequency of the material to be heated. The unit should not be forced to operate above the labeled amperage, otherwise the device will stop and the alarm warning LED will turn on.

 

The device has IGBT short circuit, overcurrent, low voltage, overheating, low water pressure and emergency stop protections. If any of these error entries occur, the device will shut down itself.
