Cold Storage Rooms are the name given to areas isolated from heat and all other conditions that can provide the heat values needed for the preservation of all other chemical, herbal and biological products that lose all the functions they should provide when their food and its preservation change depending on the temperature.
The purpose of establishing the cold storage is to stabilize the temperature as much as possible and to extend the product protection to the longest time by zeroing the effects of temperature changes on the products, even in very small intervals.
Cold storage is used not only for food but also for all kinds of products that are required to be preserved, from chemical products to cosmetics, from agricultural products to animal products.
There are two important factors in the establishment and operation of cold storages. One of them is the quality of the materials used in the installation phase, which is very important in order to minimize the heat transmission values that will enter from the outside and prevent little temperature change inside the cold storage.
During the operation of cold storages, the fan and evaporators used in order to ensure that the humidity and temperature values ​​are the same throughout the area should be of high quality and the shelves used in the interior design should not allow stacking to prevent air circulation.
In order to provide appropriate and economical energy consumption, frost features should work on time and at full capacity.
The temperature range for cold storage is between +5 and +15 degrees Celsius, the temperature range for cold storage is between -5 and +5 degrees Celsius, and for frozen storage it is between -15 and -25 degrees.
Cold Storages are produced in two types.
The first is the application of prefabricated panels, which are planned and established during the construction of the building and added to the buildings that have been completed later, as a construction type.
While the designs of the two types of production have their own specific conditions, the production for both types is carried out by our company with experienced personnel.
