GENERAL FEATURES

Rolls, Sandwich Hamburgers and similar sized products as well as Francala Bread are packaged individually.
Our machine has a servo motor system.
Thanks to the touch screen and PLC on the machine, product package length, photocell setting and machine speed can be adjusted as desired.
There is a sensor control system that prevents the product from jamming. If the product position is not correct, it stops the machine.
All surfaces and covers in contact with the product in the machine are made of 304 quality chrome-nickel metal.
Rotary jaw system.
It packages 115 products per minute (rolls, sandwiches, hamburgers and similar products), and 83 products per minute for Francala Bread.
It is easy to use.
It is produced in such a way that a coding device can be optionally mounted on the machine.
The cellophane coil is easy to disassemble and install, the place where it is mounted is the spindle with air system and PLC control.
Since the bottom closing system of the packaging is pneumatic and PLC controlled, the settings of the packaging material are made without wasting time.
