  • Capacity: 80-100 packages per minute (depending on the package lengths and biscuit dimensions, the type of the packaging material, the sealing whether it is hot sealing or cold sealing)
  • Packaging Material: The machine works with printed and unprinted packaging materials used in hot or cold sealing such as OPP, BOPP, CPP, polypropylene, aluminum foil, aluminium and paper laminations, etc.
  • Product Feeding: Manual Feeding System, on edge feeding, L type packaging machine
  • 5 servo engines – brand Schneider (Germany) used on the machine.
  • Each servo is to control different part of the machine. One servo is for disc groups (including longitudinal sealing). One servo is for the transporter of the packaging machine. One servo is for edge transporter feeding and producting feeding through pushing system to the transporter of the packaging machine. One servo is for jaw group (cross cutting). One servo is for side carriage belt group.
  • There are 4 disc groups on the machine. The first one is for pulling of the packaging material. Second and third disc groups ar efor longitudinal sealing and the fourth one final one is directing the package to the cutting jaws. Quiet and regular rotation is provided with the help of sensitive bearings and specially-designed gears.
  • Jaws: Specially-chosen knives and the possibility to adjust the level of the pressure applied by jaws ensure fast and proper cutting and sealing.
  • Knife Cutting Style: Depending on the customer's request, it is possible to use zigzag or flat knives.
  • The machine is controlled with PLC Control System (Schneider Brand - Germany) through 10 inch touch screen operatör control panel. With the usage of PLC electronic control system:
  • The desired length of the package
  • The speed of the machine
  • Product Properties: The parameters of the each product to be packaged are recorded to save a product recipe on the machine
  • The number of the packaged products
  • Photocell Settings
  • Pallet Settings
  • Jaw Settings
  • Heat Settings
  • For safety operations, we use special lids and safety switches (Leuze or Sick-both Germany) in jaw groups.
  • In case of jamming there is “Jaw Automatic Protection System” to protect jaws and related parts of the machine.
  • Machine is constructed on the aluminum chassis in modular structure.
  • There are adjustable stainless side guides and easy to change format groups.
  • Electricity Transmission to Heaters: Through collector, brush and coal
  • Depending on the customer request, the production line, biscuit cream sandwiching machine and biscuit packaging machine can be synchronized all together on the operational phase.
  • With the help of automated feeding systems, it is possible to realize the packaging in higher capacities and receive packaged products in more hygiene conditions without touching by hand. (for round products)

 

Control system:

 

  • The machine is controlled by German Brand Schneider fully servo driven Motion Control processor where electronic multi axis control is applied for maximum precision at high speeds.
  • All servo motors have robust structure and low-inertia dynamics
  • Motor connections are based on hybridCable connection technology that provides high-speed processing and real-time motor diagnostics
  • System control cycle is less than 1 millisecond for accuracy on the packaging process.
  • Real-Time machine status, warning, alarm and fault notifications are followed through touch screen operator panel.
  • Cut-off length (the package length) is controlled electronically from touch screen colored operator panel.
  • HMI Color 10” Touch Screen has friendly operator interface and it is adapted on swiveling arm.

 

Bobbin Feeding System:

 

  • With double bobbin loading and automatic bobbin flow
  • With the help of pulley system with bearings, the proper and excellent flow of the bobbin on the packaging machine is provided.
  • The required length of the pulley is adjusted depending on the required width of bobbin.
  • For proper flow of the bobbin, the braking system is applied on the bobbin.

 

Conveyor and Transporter:

  •  

 

  • There are two transporters on the machine. The first one is located on the edge where the product feeding is made into the pallets and the second one is the transporter of the packaging machine that takes the products from the edge transporter and transfers the products to the packaging process.
  • The length of the transporter carrying the products to the packaging part is 2.5 meters. The interval between the pushers are variable depending on the dimensions of the package. 
  • The length of the transporter located on the edge where the feeding is done is approximately 3 m. (exact length is 2.975 mm.). The width of the pallets and the intervals between the pallets on the edge transporter are adjustable depending on the dimensions of the package.
  • After the packaging process, there is an exit conveyor band with the length of 70 cm.
  • The chain group moving under the conveyor is hidden inside specially-designed sledge.
  • All parts of the conveyor and the transporter are produced from chromium stainless steel (CrNi304).
  • Quick stop buttons in case of emergency are used both on the transporter of the packaging machine and on the command panel. Ability to work with photocell and without photocell.
  • All the surfaces in connection with the product and the coverings used for the protection of the machine are completely made from stainless steel (CrNi 304).

 

Discharge (Output) Conveyor:

 

  • AC motorized exit belt with rotating brush.

 

Electrical Control Board:

 

  • It is completely installed inside the structure.
  • The structure provides total protection against external factors such as dust, water or product parts.
  • Easily accessible in case of necessity and periodical maintenance operations.
