THE BAR PRODUCTION PROCESS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STAGES:

Mass Kitchen:

Kitchen is designed for syrup preparing and boiling and then mixing syrup with dried nuts, dried fruit, oat, etc. and supplying this mixture to the mass forming rollers through feeding transporter for forming and the calibration of the mass.

Mass Forming:

The mass coming from the feeding hopper passes through automatic forming rollers which continuously form a primary layer of the desired product onto the conveyor belt. The layer forming cylinders with a feeding hopper are made of stainless steel.

Layer Thickness (Height) Calibration:

The formed layer is calibrated by additional rolling system to the desired layer height. Rolling shafts are adjusted with the rotation speed. The formed and calibarated first layer moves further for the second layer forming and calibration.

Layer Cooling:

The cooling tunnel is designed to cool the formed layer, namely, to bring it to the required temperature, at which its further layer application would be possible. The required temperature is maintained automatically. The conveyor belts are with adjustable speed control.

Layer Longitudinal Cutting:

The longitudinal cutting unit is designed for cutting the layer into strips with a width corresponding to the width of the finished product. The design of this unit prevents the product from sticking to the knives. The spreading conveyor spreads the cut strips of mass at the distance necessary for their further cross-cutting and the possibility of chocolate enrobing. The design of the conveyor prevents the strips from sticking together after they have been cut.

Cross Cutting of Strips into Pieces:

The guillotine is a set of knives mounted on a common movable frame. Carries out transverse cutting of strips into pieces, pieces are seperated from each other and transported to the enrobing machine.

Chocolate Enrobing Unit:

The chocolate enrobing machine is designed to coat the surfaces of the product with the chocolate. The entire production process is fully automated and controlled by a modern PLC controller. The information on the progress of the process is displayed on the touch screen. The machine might be used both for coating whole products or for applying glaze only on the back side of the products (enrobing the bottom part). Makes enrobing stably both at both low and high speeds. The chocolate circulation inside the enrobing machine is not likely to be rastempered, because the machine is equipped with a device that automatically maintains the set temperature, both inside the receiving bath and in the inner working area of the machine. The enrobing machine allows the application of chocolate at various coating thicknesses.

Chocolate Enrobed Bar Cooling Tunnel:

The cooling tunnel is designed to cool the formed chocolate bar, namely, to bring it to the required temperature, at which packaging would be possible. The required temperature is maintained automatically. The conveyor belts are with adjustable speed control.

Chocolate Enrobed Bar Packaging Machines:

Automatic Product Feeding and High Speed Horizontal Flowpack Packaging Machine:

  • This is the fully automatic product feeding and packaging line where the bars are automatically taken from the production line to the packaging machine and the packaging is automatically done.
  • The packaging machine is a servo-controlled horizontal flow-pack packaging machine that performs automatic bag forming, wrapping, sealing and cutting.
  • The machine is suitable for packaging bars, sweets, biscuits, cookies, snacks, etc.
  • The machine is equipped with servo system, sensors, separate temperature control, a self-diagnostic system, a large touch screen control panel.
  • The machine has the following characteristics: high speed, easy operation, stable and accurate product and packaging material feeding, accurate conveying, beautiful and smooth horizontal and vertical sealing, stable performance, low noise, etc.

Multihead Weighing System Vertical Packaging Machine:

  • This machine allows you to pack products in the range of package weight from 20 g to 1 kg.
  • It is possible to make the packaging of the primarily packaged products by flowpack machine into the new package on the weight basis.
  • It is possible ro receive pillow bags, gusseted bags and quadro bags on this machine.
