Who is Ece Wallpaper 

Ece Wallpaper Ltd. was founded in 1986,  in Turkey, Istanbul.  The company started manufacturing wallpaper machinery in 1996. Today, it’s activities range from manufacturing and exporting packaging,  and wallpaper machinery,  to selling the company know-how to build fully-equipped wallpaper factories.

Ece Wallpaper Ltd. also builds the mechanical and electrical equipments of its machines.  Thanks to its international technology partners it has achieved a level of quality that deserves worldwide recognition.

In 2003, as a result of AR-GE research, the company produced a ELECTRONIC SHAFT HIGH-SPEED TIEFDRUCK machine, a first in Turkey.  Siemens technology was used in manufacturing the tiefdruck machine, hence we have successfully introduced the Simotion concept (a combination of conventional and motion systems) for the first time in the world.

The machine is capable of printing on bopp, opp, polyester, aluminum, paper and multi-layered material.  It works with 350 meters per minute speed and can use 8 colors for straight printing. In cold seal application it can utilize 7 colors for straight plus 1 color for reverse printing.

It can automatically change the bobbin at high speeds while rewinding and unwinding. It can reach a high-speed state and work with minimum default thanks to its electronic shafting, sleeve system press and register close-range starting abilities.

We have constructed a carriage unit that includes press cylinders, paint boiler and the paint pans that decreases the job conversion times in the press units. The paint pans and the circulation units are made of stainless-steel for water-base productions.

Furthermore, a modem system is implanted into the machine to facilitate a remote troubleshooting and repair system for electronic problems over the net. This cyber technical assistance service provides high time efficiency. 

Tiefdruck, built with EU standards, is CE certified and EN 60204-1 certified for its electric infrastructure.
